Since the Alfa Fellowship Program’s inception in 2004, fellows have gained professional experience in a wide variety of placements at over 120 leading companies and organizations in Russia. Together with the Fund for International Fellowships and Cultural Dialogue, fellows play an active role in identifying appropriate placements in organizations that fit their professional backgrounds and goals while on the program.
Fellows’ fields vary from year to year. Below is a list of host companies where fellows completed work placements over the past three program years.
Applicants to the program are expected to demonstrate their knowledge of their respective fields in Russia through their personal statements. Their personal statements should include thoughtful and well-researched proposals for placements and detail how the proposed placements would enhance their professional skills and contribute to the host organizations’ missions.
